What is Stag & Dagger?
Stag & Dagger is a “one ticket gives access to all” annual festival that will allow
music lovers in Glasgow and Shoreditch (London) access the best new live music acts.

Entry to all participating venues throughout the night as individual capacities permit.

Tickets
Where can I buy tickets and how do I receive them?
Tickets are now on sale, listed in the ‘Tickets’ section on our website.
Printed tickets or e-tickets must be exchanged on the night for wristbands at the designated
collection points.
Note: there’s no guarantee of tickets on the night.
Can I buy a single venue ticket?
No. All tickets include entry to all venues.
How do I get my wristband on the night?
You will need to hand in your ticket to exchange for your wristband at the designated collection
point. For London this will be at XOYO from 6pm.
Do I need ID, even if I have a ticket or wristband?
No, but the venues have the right to turn you away if you do not have the appropriate ID when
requested.
What happens if I break/lose my wristband?
Please return your damaged wristband to the Ticket Collection Point for a replacement.
Can I get a student/group discount?
No, we’ve purposely already kept the ticket price low for everyone.
Can I cancel my ticket and get my money back?
No, all tickets are non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled.

How will I know who is playing where?
Times will be listed on the website nearer the festival.
Which venues are participating?
The venues have not been announced yet, but please check the ‘Venues” section on the
website for the full list nearer the time.
What time does the festival run?
Usually from 7pm onwards but times vary according to venue, and will be announced nearer the
time.
Is entry to the venues first-come-first-served?
Yes, you will be turned away if the venues have reached capacity.
Is there a VIP area?
No.

By Bus & Nightbus
Buses that run in the area are: 8, N8, 21, 26, N26, 35, N35, 42, 47, 48, 55, N55, 67, 78, 141,
149 (24h), 242(24h), 243(24h), 344 and 388.
By Underground
Brick Lane is accessible from Aldgate East tube, on the District and Hammersmith & City lines.
Liverpool Street is on the Central, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. For
Shoreditch, Old Street tube station is on the Northern Line (bank branch).
By Rail
The closest station is Liverpool Street, but there are also buses and tubes from other stations
including London Bridge, Waterloo and Victoria.

Private transport

Parking in the area
You will be able to park in the usual places in the area but we can’t take responsibility for
this and would advise you use public transport as parking is very limited in Shoreditch and
parking meters operate until 11pm. There won’t be any designated parking areas specifically
for the festival.
Are any roads going to be closed off?
No, the streets will be open as usual so please take care.

What do I do if I have a problem on the day / on site?
Go to the ticket collection point or ask one of the festival stewards.
Practical information
Can people under 18 attend the festival?
No. The festival takes place in venues licensed to sell alcohol and admit 18+
Are there ATM machines on the site and in the area?
There are ATMs which do not charge to withdraw money in the following locations: Liverpool
Street Station, Old Street Underground Station, beside Aldgate East tube station at the bottom
of Brick Lane, on Bethnal Green Road at the top of Brick Lane, Tesco on Kingsland Road and at
the petrol station at Old Street roundabout.
There are also a lot others available in places like convenience stores, but these will charge a
fee, usually around £1.75 per withdrawal.
What will the weather be like?
It’s the UK – so who knows. Fingers crossed. But all of the venues are indoors so no danger of
mud!
Will there be cloakrooms for storing belongings?
No we suggest you keep your belongings with you at all times and can’t be responsible for any
loss or theft of belongings.
